AED manufacturers take safety extremely seriously, and equipment recalls are rare. 

If you have a HeartSine device, you will recently have received an email explaining that a voluntary recall has been issued for a limited number of machines. The recall applies specifically to a circuit board component that is responsible for the delivery of vocal prompts that provide instructions for correct device usage. 

Businesses and establishments that rent an AED through us can enjoy complete peace of mind that they are unaffected by the recall, because we test every single device before it gets sent out and installed.
